The Surface Treatment of Aluminum Ceiling

The surface treatment of aluminum ceiling is coating, roller coating, and anodic oxidation. The several technical methods and advantages of the implementation are not identical respectively. Coating is kinds of physical technology, forming by pressing a layer of film and a layer of aluminum plate after high temperature and high pressure. Roller coating is to use the initial character of three of hot rolled high-quality aluminum alloy plate in the international standard as base material. It is formed through the processing technology of three times coating baking and three times roller coating. Anodic oxidation regards metal or alloy parts as anode, and it is adopted electrolytic method to make the surface take shape oxide thin film.

(a) Coating.

(b) Roller coating.

2. Adopt the advanced nanotechnology, resistance to corrosion and oil prevention.
3. Resistant to decay: durable color and change color uneasily.

(c) Anodic oxidation.
Advantages of anodic oxidation technology are
