Aluminum profile classification is diversified, and it can be classified according to different ways.

 

First, according to application, aluminum profile can be classified into the following categories:

1. Industrial aluminum profile: it is mainly used in automatic machinery and equipment, sealing cover skeleton and it is customized and opened mould with regard to the machinery requirements of companies.

2. The special radiator of aluminum profile of CPU radiator

3. Aluminum doors and windows 

4. Alloy aluminum shelves: the difference between them lies in the different cross section shape. But they are produced by melt extrusion.

 

Second, according to the requirements of surface treatment, aluminum profile can be classified as follows:

1. Anodized aluminum

2. Electro-deposition aluminum

3. Powder spraying aluminum

4. Wooden transfer-printing aluminum

5. Wrot aluminum

 

Third, based on different alloy composition, aluminum profile can be classified into:
1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, 7075 and other aluminum alloy nameplate, six of which are the most common. That different nameplates differing from other metals is that the ratios of various metal compositions are different. In addition to the commonly used aluminum doors and Windows, such as 60 series, 70 series, 80 series, 90 series, and architectural aluminum of curtain wall series, industrial aluminum profiles have no clear model distinguish. Most plants are processing aluminum profile according to the client’s actual drawing.
