The demand of industrial aluminium profile in auto, machinery protection, railway is increasing day by day in current situation. We will naturally think of the dual problems for cost and resource utilization. Thus, the urgent matter at present is how to improve the yield of industrial aluminium profile. There are a lot of measures to improve productivity and this article mainly talks about two relatively more concrete and practical measures.
 
For improving the production of extrusion products, advanced equipment, high-quality workers and modern scientific management play an important role. In China, the existing more than 2,500 industrial aluminium profile extrusion machines which can reach the international level are around 25 sets, only about one percent of the total. The aluminium profile extrusion industry in China is now in the stage of structural adjustment. Therefore, low levels of repeating the introduction and development of aluminium profile extrusion products should be avoided. It is better to transform the existing transformative industrial aluminum extrusion machines into modern high levels industrial aluminium profile extrusion machines.
 
Normally, if there is no unscheduled downtime, the maximum yield mainly depends on the extrusion speed. While the latter is subject to the four factors, three of which are fixed and one of which is variable. The first factor is extrusion force of the industrial aluminium profile extrusion machine. Big extrusion force can be smoothly pressed during low ingot blank temperature. The second factor is the die design. The aluminum alloy temperature can rise about 35 ℃ to 62 ℃ by rubbing metal against the die wall in the process of extrusion. The third factor is the characteristics of the extruded alloy of aluminium profile. It is uncontrollable factors to limit the extrusion speed. The profile outlet temperature can generally not exceed 540 ℃, otherwise, the surface quality will reduce, and the mould mark will increase obviously, even it will appear the phenomena of gluing aluminum, gravure, microfracture, tear, etc. The last factor is the temperature and degree of being controlled.
