At present, the level and varieties of Chinese aluminium alloy profile products are comparable to abroad. The commodities can be classified into: anodic oxidation coloring profiles, electrophoresis paint profiles, powder coating profiles, fluorocarbon coating materials and insulation materials. Aluminium alloy profile products have advantages like high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, good decoration, long service life, rich colors and so on, which adds luster for adornment of the house. In general, appearance of good commodities doesn’t lose light or change color within 20 years. 

When choosing and using aluminium alloy profile commodities, customers should take the following points into consideration:

1. Check the identification certification of products, pay attention to the date of production, standards, technical conditions, enterprises’ name and factory number.

2. Observe the apparent condition of the products carefully. Products should have bright color and good gloss and should not have significant drawbacks such as scratch, bubble on the surface.

3. Wall thickness of the products must be considered, thickness of door and window’s materials shall not be less than 1.2 mm, which can be counted according to area tolerance.

4. Notice the thickness of the coating appearance of products, film thickness of anodic oxidation products should not be less than 10 microns, film thickness of electrophoresis paint products should not be less than 17 microns, coating thickness of powder spray should not exceed 40-120 microns, fluorocarbon spraying products should be more than two coating and can’t be less than 30 microns.

5. Users in coastal area had better choose electrophoresis paint profiles with better corrosion-resistant function, powder coating materials or fluorocarbon coating material products.

6. For daily care, soft cotton yarn and cotton should be chosen to clean instead of brush and other hard objects.

7. Water, detergent and soap can be used for cleaning while other organics cannot.
