4. The lock cylinder is not sensitive when rotating it. Under this circumstance, it is acceptable to scrape off a small amount of black powder from the pencil lead and gently blow into the keyhole. This is because the intervening graphite constituents are the excellent solid lubricant. It is definitely not allowed to drop into the lubricating oil because this will easily adhere to dust.
