1. Burden treatment
All the burden need to be preheated before charging to remove water of the surface, shortening time of smelting.

2. Crucible and preparation of smelting tools
a. New crucible should be cleaned up and check carefully if there are any penetrability flaws before using, making sure there is no any defects before putting it into use. Preheat it into dark red (500-600 degrees) and insulate for 2 hours to burn attached moisture and combustible material on the inner wall of the crucible, when it is cooled to 300 degrees, carefully clean the inner wall of crucible, when the temperature is not lower than 200 degrees, spray coating, dry through before using.
b. Smelting tools such as spoons, mixing spoons, ladles must be cleaned and remove dirt like residual metal and oxide skin before using, brush protective coating after preheating for 200-300 degrees, they are ready to use after drying.

3. Control over melting temperature 
When alloy liquid quickly rises to a high temperature (705 degrees), stir reasonably, so as to promote dissolution of the alloying elements. After ensuring all the elements are dissolved, refine and deair, grill to pouring temperature after eliminating scum. Because it is hard for naked eyes to judge the temperature of the aluminum solution, a thermometer table is needed to control temperature. Thermometer table should be regularly calibrated and maintained. Thermowells shall be cleaned by metal brush periodically, coat with protective coating to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement results and prolong service life.

4. Control over smelting time
In order to reduce the oxidation and inspiratory of aluminum solution, try to shorten the retention period of solution in the furnace and melt aluminum rapidly. To accelerate the melting process, you should join returns with secondary fragmentation and low melting point to the furnace charge first, so that the molten pool will come into being at the bottom of the crucible as soon as possible. Then add aluminum ingots, and allow them to expand the molten pool gradually, accelerating melting; after the major part of furnace charge melts, add a small number of high melting point alloy elements, heat and stir to speed up the melting. Finally, cool and pressure into easy oxidation alloy elements.

5. Refining treatment
Temperature of refining treatment: 690-730 degrees.
Refining agent (fully preheating) add liquid aluminum weighs 0.15 to 0.2%, impress with bell jar.
Treatment time is 3-5 minutes and then rest for 5-10 minutes, get rid of the scum and pour, temperature of pouring is 700-740 degrees.
