As the saying goes “Three materials, seven construction”, to avoid fall, deformation and loose of the aluminium ceiling buckle, attention should be paid on installation, before installing: 

Installation order: when installing aluminium ceiling buckle in kitchen, we should firstly fix the hose flue of smoke exhaust ventilator, after determining the location, install the ceiling buckle; when installing aluminium ceiling buckle in bathroom, bath heater and exhaust fan should be installed first and ceiling buckle last.

Size: tell the size and location of appliances such as lamps and bath heater to the workers in advance, so as to make sure the position of droplight opening, bath bully keel is to be installed by yourself or making wooden frame on your own.

Installation position: installation position of the ceiling can't be optional, avoiding by all means installing exhaust fans, bath heater and lamps directly on the gusset plate or keel, generally they are advised to be directly reinforced on the top, preventing ceiling from deformation and dropping because of overload.

Using materials: different shapes of aluminous gusset plates should match with different keels, generally quadrate aluminous gusset plates match with light steel keels, strip-shaped aluminous gusset plates using aluminum keels or galvanized keels; the trend of keel should be in accordance with the construction drawing, advisable punching depth on the surface is 3-4 cm, in case of damaging the wire and waterproof layer of the surface.
